We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Location: Ketu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the customer service team.
  • Lead, train, and supervise team members to deliver outstanding service.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies, standards, and processes.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of KPIs and targets.
  • Handle escalated customer issues professionally and ensure timely resolution.
  • Build strong customer relationships and drive customer retention.
  • Provide regular reports on customer service activities, performance, and improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree proven experience as a Customr Service Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong background in handling and managing customer service teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in customer service tools and reporting systems.
