Job Title: Customer Service Manager
Location: Ketu, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the customer service team.
- Lead, train, and supervise team members to deliver outstanding service.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies, standards, and processes.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of KPIs and targets.
- Handle escalated customer issues professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Build strong customer relationships and drive customer retention.
- Provide regular reports on customer service activities, performance, and improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree proven experience as a Customr Service Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong background in handling and managing customer service teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in customer service tools and reporting systems.
