We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos for a Business Development Officer.
• The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and analyzing market trends to develop effective strategies.
• Responsibilities include engaging in financial planning to support business expansion, delivering exceptional customer service, and actively communicating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline
• He or she must have experience in an hotel operation
• Experience in the African hospitality market is a plus.
• Proficiency in New Business Development and strong Analytical Skills
• Background in Finance and the ability to develop financial strategies
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and teams
• Customer Service expertise with a dedication to client satisfaction
• Proactive problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities
• Relevant experience in hospitality or similar fields is an advantage.
