We have a vast experience in the outsourcing business as we currently manage resources for major clients in all sectors of the Nigerian economy. In addition, our prolific manpower cuts across the 36 states in Nigeria. After successfully gaining ground in all the 36 states of the federation, we are gradually spreading our tentacles to other African Nations. We are currently registered to also do business in Ghana. Job Title: Area Sales Executive

Locations: Ikeja - Lagos, Cross River, Edo, and Ogun 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking results-driven Area Sales Executives to drive market expansion, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across Calabar, Benin City, and Sagamu in the Oil & Gas / Energy sector (CNG, LPG, LNG, LCNG).
  • This role is ideal for commercially strong professionals who understand their local markets, build lasting business relationships, and consistently close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth across assigned locations and territories
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within Calabar, Benin City, and Sagamu
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Negotiate and close high-value commercial contracts
  • Promote LNG, LCNG, CNG, and related energy solutions
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities in assigned regions
  • Engage fleet operators, industrial clients, contractors, and government agencies
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Represent the company at regional events, meetings, and trade shows

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across locations
  • Minimum of 5 years’ B2B sales experience in Oil & Gas, CNG, LPG, tank farms, or related energy sectors
  • Strong business development and deal-closing experience
  • Good understanding of Calabar, Benin City, and Sagamu markets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
