Job Title: Business Development Executive
Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Business Development Manager will drive sales and business growth across solar energy solutions and real estate investments.
- The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and closing high-value deals in both sectors.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of solar energy solutions and real estate properties
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across both sectors
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives
- Manage client relationships from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct site visits, property inspections, and basic technical assessments
- Prepare proposals for solar projects and real estate investment opportunities
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure solution delivery
- Maintain sales pipeline, reports, and performance tracking
- Represent the company at client meetings and industry events
Requirements
- HND/BSc in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in sales or business development (renewable energy or real estate preferred)
- Understanding of solar systems or real estate investment processes
- Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
