Role Overview

  • We are seeking a Procurement Manager to direct our end-to-end sourcing and purchasing strategies to secure high-quality goods and services at optimal costs.
  • The ideal candidate will oversee supplier relationships, lead contract negotiations, and analyze spending patterns to drive profitability.
  • He/She will build a resilient, cost-effective supply chain that prevents operational disruptions while maintaining strict compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Strategy: Develop, implement, and optimize global or local sourcing strategies to secure reliable supply lines.
  • Vendor Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms, pricing models, service level agreements (SLAs), and long-term supplier contracts.
  • Supplier Governance: Conduct regular performance evaluations, risk assessments, and compliance audits for key vendors.
  • Cost Management: Analyze corporate spend data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage the purchasing budget efficiently.
  • Purchase Order Management: Review, approve, and track purchase requisitions to ensure timely delivery of inventory or assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Finance. A professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is highly advantageous.
  • 4–7+ years of proven success working as a Procurement Manager, Sourcing Specialist, or Purchasing Executive.
  • Demonstrated track record of closing high-value commercial contracts and reducing total cost of ownership (TCO).
  • Hands-on experience operating Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and e-procurement software.
  • Expert capability to build complex spend analysis spreadsheets and decode financial vendor proposals.
  • Solid understanding of commercial contract law, international shipping terms (Incoterms), and trade regulations.
