Job Title: Experienced Marketer (Hotel)

Description

• As a marketer you are to drive our brand awareness, attracts guests, and maximizes revenue.
• You are responsible for promoting room bookings, dining, and event spaces through strategic campaigns, digital presence, and guest relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop annual marketing and commercial plans in alignment with revenue targets.
• Social Media & Reputation: Manage profiles (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), curate visual assets, and monitor guest feedback on platforms like TripAdvisor and Google.
• Campaign Execution: Create promotional packages to boost occupancy during off-peak seasons or drive footfall to on-site bars and restaurants.
• Market Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, industry trends, and identify high-value demographics (e.g., corporate travellers, weddings, and MICE)
• Performance Tracking: Analyse analytics, track return on investment (ROI) on advertising spend, and adjust campaigns accordingly
• Event & B2B Marketing: Collaborating with sales teams to promote the property for weddings, conferences, and large group bookings.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
