We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Locations: Abuja (FCT) & Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Division: Renewable Energy / Real Estate

Job Summary

• The Renewable Energy Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of Our solar and renewable energy solutions.
• The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing solar projects across residential, commercial, and industrial segments

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of our solar and renewable energy products and solutions.
• Identify and develop new customers and markets.
• Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals for solar projects.
• Conduct site visits, basic load assessments, and client presentations.
• Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
• Track leads, opportunities, and sales performance reports.
• Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and client engagements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• HND / BSc Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years sales experience (solar/renewable energy preferred).
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems and hybrid solutions.
• Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings

Added Advantage:

• Experience selling C&I solar solutions.
• Existing network within the power, construction, or telecom sectors.
