We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Plant & Equipment Mechanic/Electrician (Heavy-Duty)

Locations: Anambra & Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• This role is responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy construction equipment including excavators, bulldozers, graders, rollers, pavers, and articulated trucks to ensure maximum fleet availability and minimal downtime.
• The successful candidate will carry out scheduled maintenance, fault diagnosis, hydraulic and electrical repairs, and rapid field breakdown response in line with plant maintenance systems and SOP requirements.

Requirements

• OND / Trade Test Grade I or II (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)
• 7+ years’ hands-on experience in heavy equipment maintenance
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical fault diagnosis skills
• Experience working with excavators, graders, dozers, rollers, and similar fleet
• Ability to perform workshop and field breakdown repairs under pressure
• Ability to read OEM manuals, hydraulic schematics, and electrical diagrams.
