Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Facility Manager & Marketing Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our apartments in Lagos.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving bookings, managing apartment facilities, ensuring guest satisfaction, coordinating supplies and groceries, and maintaining high operational standards.

Job Roles

• Drive apartment bookings through marketing strategies to maximize occupancy rates..
• Oversee daily apartment operations, ensuring all units are clean, functional, and guest-ready.
• Coordinate guest check-ins, check-outs, inquiries, and requests to deliver excellent customer service.
• Conduct routine property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repair activities as needed.
• Supervise cleaners, security personnel, maintenance teams, and other service providers.
• Ensure facilities, utilities, and equipment are properly maintained and comply with safety standards.
• Procure groceries, toiletries, household supplies, and other essentials while managing inventory levels.
• Monitor expenses, maintain procurement records, and ensure cost-effective vendor and supplier management.
• Prepare operational reports, track occupancy and maintenance performance, and recommend improvements to enhance profitability and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in property management, hospitality, facility management, or apartment operations.
• Strong marketing, sales, and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online booking platforms.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work independently.
• Knowledge of Lagos property or hospitality market is an advantage.
