Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Enugu

Job Summary

• We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage customer interactions, respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure excellent service delivery.
• The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills and a passion for creating positive customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process customer requests and follow up on issues until resolution.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns effectively.
• Support daily operational activities as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
• Candidates residing around Abakpa and its environs will be given preference.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 per month.
