Skipper Eye-Q Super Speciality Eye Hospital is an International Eye Hospital chain with a presence of 30 hospitals in India and 4 in Nigeria, handling all types of Eye Surgeries such as Cataract, Retina, Glaucoma, presbyopia, cornea, squint, refractive error,and other vision problems, having treated 10+ million patients. Our patients get the same treatment in Nigeria as in the US, the UK, and India. We are 19Years in Eye Care and HMO Empanelled Hospitals.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations / Hospital Manager

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Monitor hospital performance, patient satisfaction, and service efficiency.
• Manage departmental activities and coordinate between clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and company policies.
• Prepare and manage operational budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
• Supervise administrative, support, and operational staff.
• Monitor inventory, procurement, and maintenance of hospital equipment and facilities.
• Analyze operational data and prepare management reports.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
• Handle patient complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Support recruitment, staff development, and performance management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or Business Administration is an advantage.
• 5 - 7 years of experience in hospital or healthcare operations management.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and hospital management practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital management software.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in staff supervision, performance management, and team development.
• Professional certifications in healthcare or management-related fields are an added advantage.
