Job Title: Assistant Manager, Maintenance
Location: Sango Ota, Ogun
Purpose of Job
- To assist in overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are operating efficiently and reliably, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to achieve the business maintenance goals.
Principal Accountabilities
- Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs and schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery
- Oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of equipment and facilities to maintain optimal performance and prevent unexpected breakdowns
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team for the effective execution of maintenance tasks and projects
- Provide technical support for diagnosing and resolving equipment issues to minimize production interruptions and ensure continuous operation
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and incidents to provide data for analysis, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives

- Lack of a functional workshop
Education:
- Minimum B.Sc./HND in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years cognate experience
