Citygate Global Investment Limited is an organization founded in June 2007 to engage in Finance business (Microfinance Finance) and registered with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). Citygate Global is a registered member of Association of Non-Bank Microfinance Institution of Nigeria (AMFIN) and also a registered Money Lending Company in all the States where we operate.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain office calendars
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification
  • Proven 1 year experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or similar roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
