We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Asphalt Foreman

Location: Project Sites (Nigeria)

Description

• This role is responsible for supervising all asphalt paving activities including surface preparation, mix handling, temperature control, laying, compaction, and finishing to ensure full compliance with approved specifications and QA/QC standards.
• The successful candidate will manage the full paving train, ensure correct roller sequencing, monitor asphalt temperatures, control surface quality, and coordinate core sampling and testing to achieve specification compliance.

Requirements

• OND / Technical Certificate / City & Guilds in Road Works or related fields
• 8+ years’ experience as an Asphalt Foreman on road construction projects
• Strong experience in asphalt paving, compaction, and surface finishing operations
• Knowledge of temperature control, mix compliance, and Marshall asphalt principles
• Experience managing paving trains (paver, rollers, haulage coordination)
• Ability to ensure surface tolerance and QA/QC compliance on site.
