About the Opportunity

  • Our client is seeking a high-performing Technology Sales & Brand Executive to drive commercial revenue and market penetration.
  • This dynamic, revenue-generating role is designed for a professional who is equally confident closing premium deals and shaping an industry-leading brand reputation.
  • You will seamlessly balance active sales pursuit (prospecting, pitching, and closing) with strategic brand building to unlock doors and cultivate a healthy pipeline across key target markets, including SMEs, Corporate Organizations, and Government Agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across SMEs, corporate organizations, and government agencies in Abuja.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline from first contact to contract close using CRM tools.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and pitch tailored IT solutions to decision-makers.
  • Meet and exceed aggressive commercial targets, driving a minimum of ₦500M in closed corporate/government sales annually.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to amplify brand visibility on LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.
  • Create compelling marketing materials (case studies, brochures, capability decks, and email campaigns).
  • Coordinate demand-generation campaigns targeted at key priority sectors.
  • Support proposal writing and RFP responses with strong commercial messaging.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven B2B sales/marketing experience within IT, Telecoms, Fintech, or Digital Services.
  • Strong working knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce).
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage C-suite and senior officials.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
  • Able to translate complex technical services into client-friendly messaging.
  • Highly organized with an entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable taking ownership.

Preferred (Pluses):

  • An existing professional network within Abuja’s SME, corporate, or government ecosystem.
  • Prior experience selling SaaS, Cloud, AI, or infrastructure solutions.
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing or Sales.

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 monthly (Plus Commision).
