Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dispatch Rider to join our logistics team and handle daily delivery operations across Lagos Island.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parcels safely and on time
• Handle an average of 45 deliveries daily
• Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries
• Ensure parcels are properly handled and accounted for
• Maintain communication with dispatch coordinator throughout the day
• Ensure proper documentation of all deliveries and receipts
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety regulations
• Report delivery issues, delays, or incidents immediately
• Keep assigned motorcycle clean and in good working condition.

Requirements

• Must have proven experience as a dispatch rider
• Strong knowledge of all routes on Lagos Island
• Must be able to handle high delivery volume (45+ daily)
• Good riding and navigation skills
• Must be disciplined, fast, and dependable
• Good communication and time management skills
• Must be physically fit and able to work under pressure.
