Job Title: Shift Maintenance Technician

Location: Sango, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Perform regularly scheduled maintenance tasks (e.g., inspections, oil changes, filter replacements).
• Identify potential equipment maintenance needs and schedule repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions and breakdowns.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and other system issues.
• Repair or replace faulty components and equipment.
• Maintain a variety of equipment, including machinery, tools, and vehicles.
• Ensure equipment is clean, well-maintained, and in safe working condition.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
• Identify and report potential hazards.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and other departments.
• Provide clear and concise information during shift handovers.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• May be required to perform other maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of spare parts.
• Carry out minor repairs and/or installations when required.
• Perform other task as may be assigned by Management.

Requirements and Skills

• Candidate must have a minimum of B.Sc / B.Tech / HND in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) and/or any other related technical field.
• Minimum Experiences: three years in the field of plant (factory) engineering
• Strong ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
• Robust capacity to work with tools and equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Salary
N220,000 - N400,000 / month.
