About the Program

• The NXG-HUB Tech Career Job Shadowing Program is a 12-week immersive experience designed for self-taught individuals and professionals switching into tech.
• Participants work on live projects alongside professionals, gaining real-world exposure to industry workflows, collaboration standards, and performance expectations.
• Mentors play a critical role in bridging the gap between learning and professional execution.

Role Overview
As a Mentor, you will:

• Provide structured guidance to assigned participants
• Offer feedback on tasks and project contributions
• Review portfolios, CVs, and career positioning
• Participate in periodic virtual check-ins
• Share practical insights on industry standards and expectations
• Support mentees in building professional confidence
• This is not a classroom teaching role — it is a real-world mentorship and guidance role.

Who We Are Looking For

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional industry experience
• Demonstrated hands-on project experience
• Strong communication and feedback skills
• Passion for developing emerging tech talent
• Ability to commit 2–4 hours weekly during the 12-week program
• Willingness to mentor in a structured, professional environment.
