We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: South East / South South, Nigeria

Job Summary 

• This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for the delivery of major road construction projects from site establishment through execution to final handover.
• The role carries full accountability for programme delivery, cost performance, quality assurance, HSE compliance, client management, and contract administration across large-scale infrastructure projects.
• You will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary site teams, managing project schedules, driving construction execution, controlling project costs, and ensuring compliance with approved designs, specifications, and contractual obligations.

Requirements

• B.Eng / B.Sc / HND in Civil Engineering
• COREN Registration is mandatory
• 15+ years’ experience in road or civil infrastructure project management
• Proven delivery of major road projects (5km+ or ₦500M+ value)
• Strong experience in programme management, site execution, and project controls
• Solid commercial awareness including variations, valuations, and EOT management
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
