Job Title: Associate Engineer / Technical Assistant

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly intelligent and proactive Associate Engineer / Technical Assistant to support the CEO.
- This role combines engineering, research, project coordination, documentation, and executive support responsibilities, offering significant learning and career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing technical proposals and bid submissions.
- Conduct industry and regulatory research and prepare reports.
- Support engineering project documentation and tracking.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations and stakeholder materials.
- Manage documentation for regulatory bodies such as NUPRC and NCDMB.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO.
- Monitor project timelines and submission deadlines.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors when required.
- Maintain internal documentation systems and templates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or related field).
- Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (including NYSC or internships).
- Experience with project documentation, bids, or proposals is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Nigeria's upstream regulatory environment is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
