Job Title: Associate Engineer / Technical Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly intelligent and proactive Associate Engineer / Technical Assistant to support the CEO.
  • This role combines engineering, research, project coordination, documentation, and executive support responsibilities, offering significant learning and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing technical proposals and bid submissions.
  • Conduct industry and regulatory research and prepare reports.
  • Support engineering project documentation and tracking.
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations and stakeholder materials.
  • Manage documentation for regulatory bodies such as NUPRC and NCDMB.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO.
  • Monitor project timelines and submission deadlines.
  • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors when required.
  • Maintain internal documentation systems and templates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or related field).
  • Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2).
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (including NYSC or internships).
  • Experience with project documentation, bids, or proposals is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Nigeria's upstream regulatory environment is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
