Description

• Are you a creative storyteller who can turn ideas into engaging content and build meaningful online communities?
• We are looking for a content & community associate to support a growing leadership, learning, and human capacity development brand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, video production, audience engagement, and digital community building.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and coordinate video content.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for digital platforms.
• Create engaging content for social media and online learning communities.
• Manage and grow our online communities by driving conversations and engagement.
• Support content campaigns, launches, events, and training programs.
• Design simple graphics and visual assets (an added advantage).
• Stay updated on content trends and recommend creative ideas.

What We're Looking For

• Candidates should possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years experience
• Experience shooting and editing videos for social media and digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of community management and audience engagement.
• Good storytelling and content creation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Graphic design skills are an added advantage.
• Passion for learning, leadership, personal development, and youth empowerment.

Work Arrangement:

• Remote role.
• Occasional physical presence may be required for content shoots (typically once or twice a week, depending on the content schedule).
