Job Description
- The Human Capital Officer is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
- The role focuses on managing employee relations, recruitment support, performance management, and ensuring compliance with organizational HR standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Support training and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Participate in HR policy implementation and updates
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field
- Professional HR certification e.g., CIPM, is an advantage.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidentiality and ethical judgment
- Organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office

Salary
