Abelinis is a third-party resource management company that provides and manages workforce solutions for clients such as Lafarge, Guinness, Friesland, and others. We are responsible for end-to-end resource management, including recruitment, payroll administration, and workforce/community engagement on behalf of these partner organizations.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Scout

Locations: Amakaohia, Spillbat and Akwakuma - Owerri, Imo

Job Summary

• We are recruiting target-driven, and customer focused Field Executives to support sales growth within assigned territories.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating orders, building customer relationships, increasing product availability, and driving revenue growth through effective field execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales orders from retailers and wholesalers within assigned routes.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales and volume targets.
• Ensure product availability and visibility across customer outlets.
• Adhere to daily route plans and customer visit schedules.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Capture and submit accurate customer orders and market information.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding product distribution.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND or HND qualification.
• 0–2 years' experience in sales, retail, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
• FMCG or distribution experience is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work extensively in the field.
