Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of company facilities, equipment, and systems. The ideal candidate is organized, solutions-oriented, and committed to ensuring safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and external contractors.
- Ensure facilities, equipment, and systems are operating efficiently.
- Monitor maintenance schedules, budgets, and inventory of spare parts.
- Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, HND, OND, or relevant technical qualification.
- Basic knowledge of facility, equipment, and building maintenance.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Previous maintenance or technical experience is an advantage but not required.
