Job Title: Talent Acquisition Supervisor 

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Supervisor to join our Human Resources team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent to meet its business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities across the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection processes.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
  • Partner with department heads to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare periodic hiring reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the hiring process.
  • Oversee onboarding activities to facilitate smooth integration of new employees.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent engagement programs.
  • Mentor and guide Talent Acquisition Officers and Recruitment Assistants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a pharmacy or healthcare-related organization, with at least 2 year in a recruitment, talent acquisition, or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment management systems.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certification in Human Resources (CIPM or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
