Job Title: Finance Executive – Budget Control & Expense Management

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive to support the financial management of marketing and field activities.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for budget monitoring, advance processing, expense review, reconciliations, and ensuring timely financial closure of activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and monitor activity budgets.
• Process and track approved advances.
• Verify and book expenses accurately.
• Reconcile advances and expense claims.
• Ensure timely liquidation and financial closure of activities.
• Maintain proper financial records and documentation.
• Support reporting and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in finance operations, budget control, or expense management.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP; Power Query is an advantage).
• Experience handling advances, expense claims, and reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills.
• Experience supporting sales, marketing, or field operations is an added advantage.
