Job Summary

• As the Field Onboarding Agent, you will be responsible for onboarding building material retail outlets, setting up operational tools, training users, and ensuring outlets are fully activated and ready for business.

Responsibilities

• Meet outlet owners and managers to complete onboarding and documentation processes
• Set up outlet applications, POS terminals, and payment accounts
• Train outlet owners and staff on the effective use of operational tools
• Capture onboarding records accurately through the company's field application
• Ensure outlets are fully activated and successfully handed over to the retention team

Requirements

• 2 - 3 years of experience in field sales, FMCG distribution, merchant onboarding, or related roles
• Strong communication and training skills with the ability to engage non-technical users
• Proficiency in smartphone applications and digital tools
• Ability to work independently and manage daily field visits effectively
• Must reside in the preferred location and possess good knowledge of the local market.

Salary
N200,000 - 300,000 per month.
