Job brief
- We are looking for a Counseling Psychologist to join our teaml and help our patients live better lives by helping them develop problem-solving skills to address anxiety and emotional disorders.
Responsibilities
- Schedule patient consultations to help build patient relationships
- Assess patients and identify their problems
- Create and employ treatment plans
- Evaluate patients undergoing treatment and adjust wellness plans as needed
- Engage in discussions with patients and ensure they feel comfortable
- Record patient information and manage confidential files
Requirements and skills
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Counseling Psychologist
- Proven work experience as a Counseling Psychologist or similar role
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with patients
- Highly analytical mindset
- Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
