Job Summary
- We seeking an experienced and hands-on Heavy-Duty Equipment Engineer to lead the maintenance, overhaul, repair, and operational readiness of heavy-duty equipment across its operations.
- This role is ideal for a practical engineer who is comfortable working both in the field and workshop, troubleshooting equipment failures, supervising repairs, and ensuring maximum equipment availability.
- We are looking for a proactive, field-driven, and solution-oriented professional with strong troubleshooting skills, leadership capability, and a proven track record of maintaining heavy equipment reliability while minimizing operational downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy-duty equipment and mechanical assets.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, diesel engine, and equipment faults.
- Participate actively in equipment overhaul, refurbishment, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Support field operations and ensure equipment readiness for deployment.
- Manage spare parts planning, inventory control, and maintenance records.
- Supervise mechanics, welders, technicians, contractors, and workshop personnel.
- Drive equipment reliability, workshop efficiency, and maintenance best practices.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, Permit-to-Work requirements, and safe work procedures.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 8–15 years' experience in heavy-duty equipment maintenance and workshop operations.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Diesel engines
- Hydraulic systems
- Pumps and compressors
- Gearboxes and rotating equipment
- Heavy equipment overhaul and diagnostics
- Welding and fabrication support
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Construction, Marine, Tank Farm, EPC, or related industrial environments is highly desirable.
- COREN, NSE membership, and OEM certifications will be an added advantage.
