We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Growth & Partnership Associate

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Remote)

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting schools and educational institutions into EduLift customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, partnerships, and inbound lead follow-up.
• Develop strong relationships with school owners, administrators, and decision-makers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to improve lead generation, customer onboarding, retention, and overall revenue growth.

Skills & Experience

• Proven B2B sales and business development experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
• SaaS/technology product knowledge and digital literacy.
• Negotiation, closing, and target-driven sales skills.

Remunerations

• Salary is between 100,000 and 150,000 naira
• Quarterly and annual performance-based bonus
• Pension and HMO
• Data and transport allowance
• Annual paid leave and other perks.
