We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Growth & Partnership Associate
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Remote)
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting schools and educational institutions into EduLift customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, partnerships, and inbound lead follow-up.
- Develop strong relationships with school owners, administrators, and decision-makers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to improve lead generation, customer onboarding, retention, and overall revenue growth.
Skills & Experience
- Proven B2B sales and business development experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- SaaS/technology product knowledge and digital literacy.
- Negotiation, closing, and target-driven sales skills.
Remunerations
- Salary is between 100,000 and 150,000 naira
- Quarterly and annual performance-based bonus
