We are recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chief Financial Officer 

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Description

• This role requires a highly analytical and commercially minded professional with strong leadership capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience overseeing finance operations at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s overall financial strategy and planning
• Provide financial insights to support executive decision-making and business growth
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, tax, and audit requirements
• Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, regulators, and other key stakeholders
• Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and risk management frameworks
• Monitor business performance and provide strategic recommendations to the Board and Management
• Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve high performance and accountability
• Support investment planning, funding opportunities, and business expansion initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines
• MBA or relevant Master’s degree is an added advantage
• Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent is required
• Minimum of 10–15 years progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong understanding of financial management, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance
• Experience in real estate, infrastructure, technology, investment, or related sectors is an advantage
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and strategic thinking.
