Job Summary
- We're looking for a Construction Project Manager to assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring timely delivery and excellent results.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project planning and execution
- Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and resources
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks
- Communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Prepare project reports, updates, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 4 years of experience in project management or coordination
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of local building law
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N250,000 Monthly Net.
