Job Summary

• We are recruiting an experienced Curriculum Developer with a strong background in instructional design and learning development to create high-quality educational content, design structured learning pathways, and support the development of professional certification and workforce training programs.
• This role will play a key part in enhancing learning experiences, developing scalable training solutions, and contributing to the organization's evolving learning and development initiatives.

Role Overview

• The Curriculum Developer will be responsible for creating structured learning experiences, developing curriculum frameworks, supporting certification programs, and contributing to the development of scalable learning solutions.
• This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who understands instructional design and enjoys transforming ideas into practical, learner-focused programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop curriculum frameworks and learning pathways.
• Create course outlines, modules, and instructional materials.
• Develop assessments and evaluation tools.
• Support certification and professional development programs.
• Structure learning products for delivery and scalability.
• Coordinate learning content and resources.
• Ensure programs align with industry and workforce needs.
• Support ongoing learning product development initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Strong instructional design or curriculum development experience.
• Excellent writing, editing, and content structuring skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Understanding of learning systems and adult learning principles.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment.
• Practical, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
