Personnel resources within our database include administration officers, drivers, auditors, logistics officers, procurement expediters, project managers, contact centre and customer service executives, buyers, technicians, engineers, chief executives and other professionals.

We manage and implement comprehensive monitoring, evaluation, and learning projects, including methods to assess advocacy and long term policy change efforts. Our team typically utilizes a blend of quantitative and qualitative methods to conduct rigorous data collection for design, implementation and evaluation of projects, programmes and policies.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Control Analyst (ICT)

Location: Maryland, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst with a strong background in Computer Science, ICT, and Cybersecurity and knowledge of ISO 27001.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, monitoring, and improving business processes, quality standards, information security controls, and compliance frameworks.
  • The role requires close collaboration with clients, management, and operational teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and organizational policies.

Job Duties

  • Meeting with clients to discuss areas of focus and improvement within the business.
  • Monitor and advise on all QHSE matters, issues, and concerns to ensure Company compliance with statutory requirements, Company and contractual requirements, and good industry practice.
  • Conducting site visits to analyze equipment and established processes. Interviewing staff and management to determine the efficacy of personnel.
  • Gathering and processing data to identify process performance areas. Designing workflow and process strategies to improve business performance.
  • Creating and presenting process reports for client approval.
  • Overseeing the implementation of revised company processes and workflows.
  • Monitoring the efficacy of updated workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles and process improvement methodologies.
  • Knowledge of ICT infrastructure, network security, information security controls, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor (is an advantage).

Salary
N180,000 - N250,000 monthly.
