Worknigeria - Our client, a Construction and Engineering company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: BIM Modeler

Location: Iyana Ipaja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to develop and manage accurate 3D models and technical documentation for construction and engineering projects.
• The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to produce high-quality BIM models that support project design, coordination, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP projects.
• Create accurate 3D drawings, construction documentation, and technical designs from project specifications.
• Coordinate models across disciplines to identify and resolve design clashes.
• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure BIM standards, quality requirements, and documentation procedures are consistently maintained.
• Update and manage BIM libraries, templates, and project files.
• Support project teams with model reviews, design coordination, and construction documentation.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Architecture, Engineering, Building Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in BIM modeling, CAD drafting, or construction design.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Tekla Structures, or similar BIM software.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, structural detailing, and BIM workflows.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering designs.
• Excellent attention to detail, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in construction or engineering projects is highly preferred.
