Job Title: Procurement Assistant

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical procurement assistant to support the company's procurement and supply chain operations.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong data management skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret large volumes of data accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions independently.
• Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Highly meticulous, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining accuracy in all work processes.
• Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
• Ability to follow company policies, work procedures, and operational requirements effectively.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to support business needs as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits
Probation Period:

• Monthly salary: N200,000.
• Free accommodation provided during the 2-month probation period.

Confirmation of Employment:

• Upon successful completion of probation, salary will be reviewed and increased by 10%–20%, based on individual performance and contribution.

Annual Salary Review:

• Salaries are reviewed annually every March.
• Employees may receive a salary increase of 5%–10% based on overall performance during the preceding year.

Performance Bonus:

• Monthly performance-based bonus awarded according to individual performance and achievement of assigned targets.

Year-End Bonus:

• Year-end bonus equivalent to 1–3 months' basic salary.
• Bonus amount is determined by annual KPI performance, overall contribution, and length of service with the company.
