Academic and Professional:
- First Degree in Business Administration, Humanities or Social Sciences an MBA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 12 Years’ Experience.
Competencies Required:
- Knowledgeable in all types of insurance plans Proven experience as an Insurance Broker
- Basic understanding of computers and statistics
- Results-driven
- Demonstrated ability to present, persuade and eventually sell
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
- Valid licence to practice profession
