Job Summary
- We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Mixer Operator to prepare and mix raw materials according to approved formulas and production standards.
- The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, and able to maintain consistency and quality throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure and mix ingredients according to specifications.
- Operate and monitor mixing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure product quality and consistency throughout production.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
- Record production data and report any issues or equipment faults.
- Follow health, safety, and quality control procedures.
Requirements
- OND, HND, SSCE, or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to follow instructions and production formulas accurately.
- Basic numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is an advantage but not required.
