Job Title: Sales & Business Development Executive (Mid-Level)
Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos

Role Summary
- The role is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities for LNG Arete’s gas solutions, including LNG, CNG, storage, logistics, and regasification services across industrial, commercial, power, transport, and mobility sectors.
- The ideal candidate must have strong technical sales capability and the ability to sell end-to-end energy solutions to clients seeking cleaner, more cost-effective alternatives to diesel and other fuels.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close new business opportunities across manufacturing, power, transport, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Sell LNG and CNG solutions as reliable alternatives to diesel and other conventional fuels.
- Identify client energy needs and develop tailored commercial and technical proposals.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.
- Lead negotiations and secure long-term gas supply and service contracts.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to design fit-for-purpose client solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industrial clients, regulators, partners, and decision-makers.
- Drive market expansion into new regions and sectors.
- Track market trends, pricing, competitor activity, and industry opportunities.

- Revenue and sales target achievement.
- Number and value of deals closed.
- Pipeline conversion rate.
- New client acquisition.
- Customer retention and repeat business.
- Growth in market presence across target sectors.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Energy Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years’ experience in oil and gas, energy, industrial B2B sales, or technical sales.
- Proven track record of closing mid-to-large ticket deals.
- Strong understanding of LNG, CNG, gas infrastructure, or energy solutions is preferred.
- Experience selling technical, infrastructure, or industrial solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage both technical and executive-level stakeholders.

Compensation
Competitive base salary ( Salary: N7,000,000 - N8,000,000 annually), performance-based incentives, and benefits.
