Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Assistant to support the purchasing function by sourcing goods, processing purchase orders, maintaining supplier records, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and committed to supporting efficient business operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing goods and services.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and procurement documents.
- Maintain supplier and vendor records.
- Track orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Compare quotations and support vendor selection processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and report replenishment needs.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, HND, OND, or a related qualification.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of procurement and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous procurement, administrative, or inventory experience is an advantage.
