Summary

• We are looking for a Goal- oriented Business Unit Head who will bring more growth and expansion to our organization.

Responsibilties

• Ownership & Growth - Own revenue targets, budget, and profitability for your business unit.
• Strategy & Execution - Identify market opportunities, design new offers/services
• Revenue & Partnerships - Lead sales, key account management, and strategic partnerships. Build acquisition systems that scale.
• Team Leadership - Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performance team. Create a culture of ownership, accountability, and results.
• Customer & Market Expansion- Own the full customer lifecycle. Find new segments, new markets
• Innovation & Product Development - Test new products, models, and go-to-market strategies. You have green light to experiment and iterate.
• Reporting & Stakeholder Management- Report to senior leadership with clear metrics, insights, and forecasts. Operate with autonomy, not micromanagement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education - Minimum of B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Economics,Accounting, Marketing or any other related field of study
• Good communication skills
• Good Leadership Skills
• Good Sales and Commercial Skills - Track record of driving revenue growth, closing deals, and building partnerships.
• Strategic Thinking - Ability to spot opportunities, create strategy, and execute with speed.

Salary
N200,000 - N400,000 monthly.
