Job Title: Shift Coordinator (Production)

Job Summary
- The Shift Coordinator supervises all plant operations during the shift, ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous production while meeting performance targets.
- The role involves coordinating teams, monitoring equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise plant operations during the shift.
- Ensure efficient operation of kilns and mills.
- Monitor production parameters and prevent downtime.
- Supervise field operators and support teams.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment reliability.
- Identify and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
- Monitor performance indicators and report activities.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or scientific field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial operations.
- Knowledge of cement production processes.
- Leadership and team supervision skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Good communication skills.
