Job Title: Solar Sales Representative

Employment Mode: Commission + Monthly Retainer
Job Summary
- We are seeking two motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Representatives to join our team remotely.
- The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential customers, submitting proposals, and securing new solar energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified leads for solar energy solutions.
- Prospect and engage decision-makers in:
- Hospitals
- Hotels
- Schools
- Event Centres
- Supermarkets
- Manufacturing Companies
- Commercial Businesses
- High-energy-consuming business owners.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Conduct site visit arrangements when required.
- Prepare and submit solar proposals and quotations to prospects.
- Follow up on submitted proposals and maintain customer relationships.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and activity reports.
- Achieve a minimum target of 2 qualified clients / projects monthly.
- Collaborate with the technical team during project assessment and implementation.
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: SSCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree.
- Previous sales, marketing, business development, or solar industry experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in B2B sales is an added advantage.
Compensation
- N50,000 monthly retainer upon achieving the minimum target of generating and securing at least 2 paid clients / projects per month.
