Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst III to support complex business analysis activities, requirements definition, and solution design for operational and project initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement
• Analyze processes and recommend improvement solutions
• Support scope definition, benefits analysis, and risk evaluation of projects
• Facilitate change management activities across business units
• Conduct interviews, document findings, and present recommendations
• Support project managers and leadership in solution optimization
• Contribute to user documentation where required

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis and process mapping
• Strong knowledge of requirements gathering and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in MS Office and Visio
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage complex scoping and business process analysis.
