Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Security Supervisor III to provide leadership and oversight of security operations, ensuring effective risk management, asset protection, and emergency preparedness in line with corporate safety objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations and personnel activities
• Support implementation of security policies, procedures, and programs
• Conduct risk assessments and support crisis management planning
• Oversee emergency preparedness and incident response activities
• Ensure compliance with security legislation and company standards
• Coordinate security audits, investigations, and intelligence activities
• Provide leadership support and decision-making in security operations

Requirements

• Degree in Security, Criminology, Policing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in oil & gas, military, law enforcement, or security operations
• Strong knowledge of security systems, risk management, and emergency response
• Leadership and supervisory experience
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
