Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Wellwork Supervisor III to oversee safe and efficient execution of wellwork, workover, and intervention operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise wellwork operations and service partners offshore/onshore
• Ensure compliance with SSHE and operational procedures
• Coordinate logistics for equipment, personnel, and services
• Review and validate wellwork programs and execution plans
• Monitor operations and provide real-time technical feedback
• Support QA/QC inspections and equipment readiness checks
• Ensure accurate operational reporting and handover documentation
• Mentor junior staff and support training activities

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in wellwork or intervention operations
• Experience with operators or well service companies
• Well control certification required
• Strong leadership and offshore operational experience
