Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Rig Supervisor III to oversee safe drilling and completion operations at rig sites and ensure compliance with approved well programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise rig operations and ensure adherence to drilling programs
• Enforce HSE standards and conduct operational safety drills
• Coordinate logistics for drilling equipment and services
• Monitor well control and operational safety systems
• Support real-time decision-making during rig operations
• Ensure accurate operational reporting and documentation
• Interface with engineering and geology teams

Requirements

• Experience in rig supervisory or leadership roles
• Background with operator or drilling contractor
• Well control certification required
• Strong knowledge of drilling and completion operations
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
