  • We are seeking a highly creative, commercially aware, internet native Creative Director capable of transforming media assets into scalable growth and lead-generation engines.

Position and Role Overview

  • The Creative Director is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the creative vision, production quality, storytelling systems, audience engagement strategy, and growth performance of all media productions across Thelix Holdings and its subsidiaries.
  • This role will involve managing high-profile media projects including podcast productions for:
    • ExcelMind
    • CreditVeto Africa
    • VeriPass
    • Viza Check
  • as well as livestream productions for CreditVeto Africa and future media initiatives across the organization.
  • The ideal candidate must deeply understand modern internet culture, audience psychology, viral media systems, content-led growth, and digital storytelling.
  • This role requires close collaboration with Growth, Brand & Communications, Product, Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams to ensure media productions align with business objectives, customer acquisition goals, and company growth targets.

Job Objective
The primary objective of this role is to design and execute media programs capable of:

  • Making company media assets go viral.
  • Creating strong organic buzz and audience engagement.
  • Driving inbound customer interest.
  • Generating high volumes of organic leads.
  • Building brand authority and market relevance.
  • Positioning Thelix Holdings subsidiaries as highly visible digital-first brands.

Core Responsibilities
The role shall oversee and manage media production and creative functions across the organization, including but not limited to:
Creative Strategy & Media Direction:

  • Develop and execute a unified media and creative strategy across all Thelix Holdings subsidiaries.
  • Lead the creative vision and production direction for podcasts, livestreams, branded content, interviews, campaigns, and digital storytelling initiatives.
  • Build creative systems that increase:
    • Organic reach
    • Audience retention
    • Shareability
    • Brand engagement
    • Community participation
    • Lead generation
    • Viral distribution potential.
  • Ensure all media productions maintain high creative, storytelling, and production standards.

Podcast & Livestream Management:

  • Oversee podcast recording productions for:
    • ExcelMind
    • CreditVeto Africa
    • VeriPass
    • Viza Check
  • Design podcast structures, storytelling formats, guest experiences, audience hooks, and recurring engagement systems.
  • Lead creative planning and execution for livestream productions for CreditVeto Africa.
  • Develop audience interaction frameworks for live productions and community participation.

Viral Content & Audience Growth:

  • Design media programs and content systems intentionally optimized for virality and organic audience growth.
  • Develop content strategies capable of generating:
    • Organic buzz
    • Online conversations
    • Community engagement
    • High audience retention
    • Social sharing
    • Inbound lead generation
  • Create systems for converting long-form media into high-performing short-form content across digital platforms.
  • Continuously study internet culture, digital trends, audience psychology, and platform behavior to improve content performance.

Production Oversight & Execution:

  • Oversee video production quality, editing direction, creative consistency, and visual storytelling standards.
  • Collaborate with editors, designers, videographers, producers, and content teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of media assets.
  • Build scalable production workflows and operational systems for media execution.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, tone, messaging, and creative identity across all productions.

Brand Visibility & Market Authority:

  • Position Thelix Holdings and its subsidiaries as recognizable and authoritative brands within their industries.
  • Increase digital visibility and audience growth across:
    • YouTube
    • Instagram
    • TikTok
    • X / Twitter
    • LinkedIn
    • Podcast platforms
    • Emerging digital media channels.
  • Build media strategies that directly support customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Innovation & Performance Optimization:

  • Monitor media performance metrics and optimize content strategies based on engagement, audience behavior, and conversion insights.
  • Introduce innovative storytelling formats, audience experiences, and digital media trends into company productions.
  • Utilize AI tools and modern creative technologies to improve production efficiency and content performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Creative Director, Media Director, Executive Producer, Content Strategist, or Digital Media Lead.
  • Strong understanding of viral media systems and audience psychology.
  • Experience leading podcasts, livestreams, or large-scale digital media productions.
  • Strong storytelling and brand-building capabilities.
  • Experience creating content systems that drive audience growth and customer acquisition.
  • Deep understanding of modern social media platforms and organic growth mechanics.
  • Ability to lead creative teams and manage high-volume content operations.
