Job Description

• We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Analyst I to support inventory management activities, monitor stock levels, and ensure efficient product distribution while minimizing inventory costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and support inventory control processes
• Analyse stock availability, product demand, and reorder requirements
• Assist in scheduling and revising shipment plans
• Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliations
• Prepare inventory and asset valuation reports
• Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP systems
• Support inventory-related analysis and reporting activities

Requirements

• Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Strong organisational and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow established procedures and work under supervision
