Caston Vienna Tutors is a homeschooling company that recruits, trains, and employs teachers to help parents of babies and toddlers homeschool their children. Homeschooling is a form of education where children are taught at home instead of attending a traditional school. Homeschooling can offer a personalized and flexible learning experience, allowing students to progress at their own pace and focus on areas of interest.

Job Title: Homeschooling Teacher / Speech Therapist

Location: Rumuodara; Artillery; Rumuokoro; Eliozu; and Rumuola, Port Harcourt - Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• We are building a team of dedicated speech therapists with training to become qualified Speech Therapists.
• If you want a short-term job or something flexible and casual, this role is not for you. But if you're ready to build a real career, keep reading.

What You'll Actually Do

• Visit assigned children in their homes
• Deliver structured, therapy or school-style learning sessions
• Follow a provided lesson or treatment plan with precision
• Observe, adapt, and report on each child's progress
• You are not creating the curriculum. Your job is excellent execution.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an NCE / HND / Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree with 1 - 3 years experience.

• You can follow structure and take correction
• You're in or near any of the listed locations.

Additional Information:
Before You Apply, Know This:

• You must attend our Rumuodara office every Monday (meetings + training) — non-negotiable
• First month = onboarding & training
• After onboarding = minimum 1-year commitment (you will sign an agreement)
• You must be consistent, punctual, and coachable.

Pay Structure

• Payment is per child, per session (sessions are 1–2 hrs each).
• The more children and sessions you handle → the more you earn.
